Is it right to have a person prosecute a case, push it to the limit and then turn around in less than a year, appeal a case where someone was killed in a car wreck? Caused by crossing the middle of the road and excessive speed. And the sentence was 30 days in detention ,supervised probation and community service? Then the lawyer appeals the convicition. I don't see how some people live with themselves.
